    Beal, Ronald L.


    Ronald L. Beal is Professor of Law at Baylor University School of Law, where he teaches courses in Texas Administrative Law and Federal Administrative Law, among other subjects. He was named the "Outstanding Research Professor" at Baylor for 1993-1994, and in 1991 an article of his was named "Outstanding Law Review Article on Administrative Law" by the State Bar of Texas, Administrative and Public Law Council. A leading authority on administrative law, Professor Beal's writings are routinely cited by the Texas Supreme Court and the Austin Court of Appeals. Professor Beal received his B.A. from St. Olaf College, his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law, and his LL.M. from the Temple University School of Law. Prior to commencing his teaching career, Professor Beal was a Civil Litigation Associate at the St. Paul, Minnesota law firm of Murnane, Conlin, White, Brandt and Hoffman.
