    Sam K. Hildebrand, John R. Ott, and Erin N. Tuggle, are attorneys in the Wills, Probate and Family Wealth Planning Section of Clark, Thomas & Winters, a firm founded in 1938 which has been providing legal services to clients throughout Texas and the United States for nearly 70 years.

    Mr. Hildebrand graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1985 and has been a licensed CPA since 1987. He is a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, and the National Committee on Planned Giving.

    Mr. Ott graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1994. In addition to being licensed to practice law in Texas, Mr. Ott is licensed to practice law in Mississippi. He is a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Mississippi Bar, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, and the Texas Guardianship Association.

    Ms. Tuggle graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2005. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, and the National Committee on Planned Giving.
