    Wolfe, Jr. Donald J.


    Donald J. Wolfe, Jr. is a partner at Potter Anderson & Corroon, one of the oldest law firms in the country with a distinguished history of corporate practice. He has specialized in corporate law and corporate litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery, for more than 20 years. Mr. Wolfe has authored several articles on various aspects of Delaware corporate law. He has served as a member of the Council of the Corporate Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, which annually recommends for adoption amendments and refinements to the Delaware General Corporation Law. Mr. Wolfe is a cum laude graduate of the Temple University School of Law.
