    G. Nicholas Herman practices law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central University of North Carolina School of Law and the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. He is the author of Practical Evidence-The Law, Foundations and Trial Techniques (2d ed. West Group 1998) and Legal Counseling & Negotiating A Practical Approach (LexisNexis 2001). He has also written numerous articles about criminal and civil law and is a regularly invited presenter at seminars and conferences. He received a B.A. from the University of Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar (1977), and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law (1981).
