    The Arizona Annotated Court Rules is a three-volume set which includes the most-used local, state, and federal rules. The volumes are designed for convenient use, with volumes one and two containing state rules and local rules, and volume three containing the federal rules which are most relevant to practice in Arizona, including the local rules for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The two volumes containing the state and local rules are published in the fall, in order to bring the annual rules changes from the Arizona Supreme Court to our customers in as timely a manner as possible. The volume containing the federal rules is published early in the new year, so that the annual changes to those rules, traditionally effective at the end of the year, can be included.
