    Moore, Maureen F.


    Maureen Moore, a partner with Lynn Pham Moore & Ross, P.C. in Dallas, Texas, has specialized in the practice of labor and employment law on the management side for more than twenty years. She has considerable experience with all facets of the employment relationship on local, national, and international levels.

    Ms. Moore is licensed to practice in Texas and various federal courts across the country, and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice includes labor and employment litigation, arbitration, OSHA inspections, OFCCP and discrimination complaints, remaining union-free, collective bargaining, corporate employment policies, and general counseling on personnel and employment policies.

    Ms. Moore advises, lectures, and conducts training sessions on many topics affecting the employment relationship. She is a frequent guest speaker on topics such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, protecting yourself and your company from liability, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and employment law updates. She is a member of the ADA Compliance Group, a charter member of the Board of Advisors for the National Association for Alternative Staffing, and a certified mediator and member of the American Arbitration Association Employment Mediation and Arbitration panel.

    M. Nan Alessandra is a member of the Labor, Employment and Civil Rights Group of Phelps Dunbar, L.L. P. M. Nan Alessandra attended Hunter College in New York from 1974-1977, and graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1982. She graduated from Loyola University School of Law cum laude in 1985, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review.

    Korn, David M.


    David M. Korn is a member of the Labor, Employment and Civil Rights Group of Phelps Dunbar, L.L. P. David M. Korn concentrates in labor and employment law representing both public and private employers. He graduated from Tulane Law School cum laude in 1992, where he was a Finalist in the Moot Court Appellate Competition and Negotiations Competition.
