    Larry E. Holtz


    Larry E. Holtz is the former Sergeant of Detectives with the Atlantic City Police Department, Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, and assistant county prosecutor. Mr. Holtz is presently an attorney specializing in police administrative matters, the Municipal Prosecutor for several towns in the South Jersey area, and the Executive Director of Holtz Learning Centers, Ltd. He is also a police instructor with the DCJ, Atlantic, Burlington and Cape May County Police Academies, Adjunct Professor of Law at Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, and Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey.
