    Florida Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases, a product of the Supreme Court's Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Criminal Cases, provides an authoritative array of instructions for virtually every criminal offense, as well as general instructions, grand jury instructions, and proceedings for the commitment of violent sexual predators.

    The Seventh Edition features significant amendments of and additions to the criminal instructions in the areas of aggravated fleeing, animal cruelty and fighting, boating under the influence, fraudulent use of a PIN number, and many others. The new edition offers expanded coverage of registration offenses, including 22 new instructions relating to the failure to register by sex offenders and predators.
