    Arseneault, Jack


    Jack Arseneault is the founding partner of Arseneault, Donohue, Sorrentino & Fassett. He is an accomplished trial lawyer, having tried cases in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 1979 and completed a clerkship in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey with the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman, U.S.D.J. Mr. Arseneault frequently lectures on trial technique and criminal law issues in the business arena, particularly racketeering, securities law, bank fraud, and political corruption.

    Edward J. Imwinkelried


    Ed Imwinkelried is one of the top experts of admissibility of scientific evidence and evidence of uncharged crimes in the nation. The Edward L. Barrett, Jr. Professor of Law at the University of California, Davis, Imwinkelried writes about scientific evidence, evidence of uncharged crimes, and other evidence issues. His work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the author or co-author of several evidence treatises: McCormick, Evidence; The New Wigmore: Evidentiary Privileges; Scientific Evidence; Courtroom Criminal Evidence; Uncharged Misconduct Evidence; and Federal EvidenceTactics. In addition, he is the author or coauthor of over twenty other texts. He has written over 100 articles in law reviews and legal magazines. He is the expert testimony columnist for National Law Journal and a contributing forensic science columnist for Criminal Law Bulletin. In addition to his current position at the University of California, Davis, he has taught at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, the University of Illinois, Washington University in St. Louis, the University of San Diego, and the University of Houston. He has lectured to groups of judges, attorneys, and scientists in forty-six states.

    Denbeaux, Mark P.


    Mark P. Denbeaux is professor of law at Seton Hall where he has taught since 1972. He devotes most of his scholarly interests to evidence and trial advocacy and has published one book and numerous articles. He served four years in Legal Services in New York City and has tried a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. Professor Denbeaux is an elected member of the American Law Institute, has studied at the London School of Economics, and has lectured at many universities across the country.
