    Martin J. Costello is a trial lawyer with the St. Paul firm of Hughes & Costello, where he specializes in criminal and labor law. A graduate of the College of St. Thomas, Mr. Costello received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He also holds an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
