It includes rulemaking since the publication of the three-volume set in October 2011 in regard to Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoP), new provider enrollment rules required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and continued implementation of disclosure, reporting, and transparency requirements under the ACA.
