    Monson, Thomas A.


    Thomas A. Monson, Co-Editor, is a partner in Jenner & Block¿s corporate department. He brings extensive experience in representing business entities in a wide range of matters, and provides the perspective of practicing in both a law firm and corporate legal department. Mr. Monson is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and Harvard Law School. He previously practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and was General Counsel for publicly-held USN Communications.

    Burgdoerfer, Jerry J.


    Jerry J. Burgdoerfer, General Editor, is a partner in the prominent Chicago law firm of Jenner & Block LLP, and a graduate of Indiana University for both undergraduate and law school. He is co-chair of the corporate department and a member of the management committee of Jenner & Block. Mr. Burgdoerfer represents publicly-traded and privately-held companies in acquisitions, dispositions, securities matters and general corporate counseling. He is a past Chair of the Securities Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and he serves on the Planning Committee of the Northwestern University School of Law Annual Ray Garrett Corporate and Securities Law Institute.

    Malik, Thaddeus J.


    Thaddeus J. Malik, Co-Editor, is a partner in Jenner & Block¿s corporate department. He brings extensive experience in representing business entities in a wide range of matters, and provides the perspective of practicing in both a law firm and corporate legal department. Mr. Malik is a graduate of Northwestern University and Harvard Law School, and has served as General Counsel for publicly-held Lante Corporation and as Senior Transactions Counsel for Ameritech Corporation.
