    Schachter, Robert C.


    Robert C. Schachter is a partner in the real estate department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin & Davis, with offices in Woodbridge, New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, presently serving as Vice Chair of the Literature and Publications Committee of its Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section. He is also a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.

    Applebaum, Charles


    Charles Applebaum is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law (J.D.) and New York University (LL.M. in Taxation). He is past Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the Essex County Bar Association and the present Chair of the Literature and Publications Committee of the Real Estate Division of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Applebaum is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is an editor of its Publications Committee. He is presently General Counsel to the M. Alfieri Co., Inc.

    Gordon, David S.


    David S. Gordon is an attorney in private practice, specializing in real estate. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and received his J.D. from Columbia University. He was associated with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin & Davis from 1971 to 1988 and was a partner in the real estate department from 1976 to 1988. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Mr. Gordon served as Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers University Law School, 1988-1989.
