    Alvin F. Lindsay is nationally known for his expertise in technology in litigation. A partner in the Miami office of Hogan Levells US, LLP, Lindsay is co-chair of the firm's Electronic Information Group. Named among The Best Lawyers in America, Commercial Litigation, 2010, Lindsay's focus in his firm includes litigation, arbitration and employment, product liability, international arbitration, class actions, electronic discovery and information risk management project, engineering and construction, securities, investment banking and funds, and commercial litigation. Speaking frequently at law schools, professional institutes and bar associations, Lindsay was selected to be on faculty of NITA's National Trial Skills Program in 2008 and 2009. He is the author of the book and DVD titled Technology in Litigation, has authored the Florida chapters of three popular treatises, and writes for several professional law publications. Lindsay received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Miami Law School. While in law school, he was editor of the University of Miami Law Review, a dean's scholar, and winner of the class-wide moot court competition.
