    This Cumulative Supplement is designed to complement the book by providing access to a variety of materials useful to students and professors alike. Together with the Eighth Edition of Copyright Law, this Cumulative Supplement provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date materials on copyright available in legal education today. For example:

  • Part One contains the Copyright Clause of the U.S Constitution, the current version of Title 17, relevant provisions from Title 18, the Copyright Act of 1909, and miscellaneous legislative materials.
