    Jayne Lee


    Jayne Lee is a Probate Attorney with the Superior Court of California, handling all of the probate and trust cases filed in Alameda County. She has authored Benchbooks for judges published by the Judicial Council of California, and treatises published by the Continuing Education for the Bar. Jayne is a member of the Trusts and Estate Executive Committee of the State Bar of California, responsible for analyzing and recommending proposed changes to probate and trust law in California and teaches at Golden Gate University School of Law, in their LLM tax program, and at the University of San Francisco. She also lectures extensively for the State Bar of California, the Center for Judicial Education and Research in California and for the Continuing Education for the Bar.
