    Pitts, Ralph A.


    Ralph A. Pitts, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina (A.B., 1975), graduated cum laude from the Harvard Law School in 1978 (J.D.). Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Pitts joined the firm of King & Spalding, where he has been a partner since 1985. Mr. Pitts has been engaged in a general litigation practice throughout his career and has tried cases in both the state and federal courts in Georgia. He has been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for both the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and in all United States District Courts in the state of Georgia.

    Jenkins, Jr., A. Felton


    A. Felton Jenkins, Jr., received his undergraduate degree (A.B., 1963) and his law degree (LL.B., 1965) from the University of Georgia where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. He was admitted to the bar in 1964 and joined the Atlanta firm of King & Spalding, he was an active trial lawyer in the state and federal courts and has argued cases in several Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the bar of all state and federal courts in Georgia, of the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.

    Ambler, Robert R.


    Robert R. Ambler, Jr., received his B.A. in Philosophy and History in 1982 from The College of William and Mary; M.B.A., Finance, 1986, Georgia State University; J.D., First Honor Graduate, With Distinction, 1989, Emory University School of Law. Mr. Ambler also served as Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal. Upon graduation from law school Mr. Ambler served as a law clerk to the Hon. David B. Sentelle, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, 1989-1990. Mr. Ambler is a partner in the Atlanta office of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, where he is engaged in a general litigation practice. Mr. Ambler is also a co-author of the widely respected Georgia Civil Procedure Forms, (Matthew Bender LexisNexis) 2010.
