    Lee S. Kreindler


    Lee S. Kreindler was the senior partner at Kreindler & Kreindler in New York City, where he specialized in litigating general, commercial, and military aviation accident cases since 1954. His first edition of Aviation Accident Law was published in 1963. Mr Kreindler was a past President and Dean of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, former Chairman of the Aviation Litigation Committee of the ABA TIPS Section, former Chairman of the Aviation Law Section of ATLA. He was a frequent lecturer on aviation law, the Warsaw Convention and other related topics. Mr. Kreindler was a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1949. He was admitted to practice law in New York.

    Marc S. Moller


    Marc S. Moller is a partner at Kreindler & Kreindler, specializing in aviation law and complex tort litigation. He has served as Chairman of the Aviation and Space Law Committee of the ABA TIPS Section and of the Aviation Committee of the New York State Bar Association and has been a frequent lecturer on aviation topics. He received his bachelor's degree (1961) and law degree (1963) from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice law in New York.

    James P. Kreindler


    James P. Kreindler is a partner at Kreindler & Kreindler, specializing in aviation litigation, general litigation, and general tort law. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his law degree in 1980 from Columbia University Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York.

    Steven R. Pounian


    Steven R. Pounian is a partner at Kreindler & Kreindler, specializing in aviation accident litigation and appellate practice. He is the current Chairman of the Aviation and Space Law Committee of the TIPS section of the ABA and has frequently lectured and written on topics related to aviation law. Mr. Pounian is a graduate of Georgetown University (magna cum laude) and received his law degree from New York University in 1980. He is admitted to practice in New York.

    Blanca I. Rodriguez is a partner at Kreindler & Kreindler, specializing in aviation law, general tort law, and appellate practice. He was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1967 to 1971, holds a commercial license, and is a member of the ABA Tort and Insurance Practice Committee.
