    Gerard J. Felt is senior attorney at the Law Offices of Pressler and Pressler, in Parsippany. Since 1998 Mr. Felt has served as a panelist and moderator for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He has testified before State legislative bodies as the Special Civil Part Representative for the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has participated as a panelist for the State Bar Association at the 2000 New Jersey Judicial Conference on Best Practices in the Special Civil Part.
