    False advertising is a violation of the fraudulent prong of California's Unfair Competition Law and the False Advertising Law. Under either, one must show the public is likely to be deceived. Proposition 64 added an injury in fact to standing requirements, and mandated standard class action certification requirements. But how can the likely to deceive standard survive if plaintiffs must be injured in fact and the action must satisfy CCP §382?
