    Richard Craswell is William F. Baxter-Visa International Professor of Law at the Stanford Law School, having previously taught at the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Southern California Law School, where he was an associate dean. He is an expert in all aspects of commercial law, including commercial paper and secured credit, as well as in antitrust and consumer protection law.

    Alan Schwartz


    Alan Schwartz is Sterling Professor of Law at Yale University. His academic specialties include corporate finance and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, contracts and commercial transactions. He has published numerous articles and books in these fields. Professor Schwartz has been President of the American Law and Economics Association and Editor of The Journal of Law, Economics and Organization. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Professor Schwartz consults as an expert in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, contracts and commercial law.
