    J. Randolph Evans heads the Financial Institutions practice group at McKenna, Long & Aldridge, LLP.  He represents insurers in high profile, complex litigation matters throughout the United States; served as General Counsel of the Georgia Republican Party and as outside counsel to the Speakers of the 104th-109th Congresses of the United States; and is the author of two books, The Practical Guide to Legal Malpractice Prevention (Eighth Ed. 2000), and The Practical Guide to Purchasing Legal Malpractice Insurance (Third Ed. 1999), and co-author of Georgia General Liability Insurance (First Ed. 2010).

Stephen Berry is licensed in Louisiana and Georgia, and is a partner in the Atlanta office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.  His practice focuses on the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad-faith, with particular emphasis on construction defect and catastrophic property damage claims.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Insurance Law; frequently speaks on coverage and bad faith issues to public audiences and insurer in-house training seminars; and is co-author of Georgia General Liability Insurance (First Ed. 2010).
