    In April 2012, the D.C. Circuit enjoined enforcement of the NLRB's notice-posting rule, pending review by the court. Most controversial about the rule are its enforcement provisions, which would make the failure to post the notice an unfair labor practice and provide that the statute of limitations for filing unfair labor practice charges in totally unrelated cases may be tolled against employers that fail to post the notice.
