    Donald F. Samuel


    Donald F. Samuel is a partner at the law firm of Garland, Samuel & Loeb, P.C. He has lectured frequently for the Georgia CLE and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has appeared on CNN to provide analysis and commentary of pending criminal cases. Mr. Samuel is the author of Georgia Criminal Law Case Finder; and the Eleventh Circuit Criminal Handbook. He has also written several articles on criminal law and procedure for the Georgia Bar Journal and the Mercer Law Review. He is former Chairman of the Amicus Committee for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and served as President in 1995. Mr. Samuel received his B.A. from Oberlin College and his J.D. from the University of Georgia Law School.
