    The Oil and Gas Reporter is a timely report of cases and administrative rulings in the fields of oil and gas law and taxation. All cases are reported in their entirety from the official sources. The reported materials are divided into the following sections: Substantive Law Cases; Natural Gas Act Cases; Environmental Law Cases; Administrative Rulings.

    One of the features of the Reporter is the inclusion of discussion notes that are written by a distinguished board of editors. Each member of the board is an authority in his or her special field. In addition to comment on significant points of law decided in cases, reference is also made to pertinent articles and comments that have been previously published.

    The Reporter is highlighted by another useful and convenient feature--the Digest. An index digest arrangement gives the subscriber the essence of the oil and gas decisions and rulings in any desired category, irrespective of jurisdiction. It provides a concise subject-oriented view of the current issue which the reader can scan in a few minutes.

    The Reporter is issued monthly, and each report includes alphabetical and jurisdictional tables of cases, a table of administrative rulings, and an index, all of which are cumulative for the particular volume. A table of cases cited in the discussion notes is supplied when the volume is completed.

    Kramer, Bruce M.


    Professor Kramer received a B.A. from U.C.L.A. in 1968, a J.D. from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1972 and an L.L.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1975. He has been teaching at the Texas Tech University School of Law since 1974. He was named Maddox Professor of Law in 1992. He is the co-author of a four-volume treatise entitled The Law of Pooling and Unitization. Since 1996 he is the co-author of Williams & Meyers Oil and Gas Law. He is also the co-author of International Petroleum Transactions (2d ed) and Cases and Materials on Oil and Gas Law (7th ed. 2003). He has authored over 40 law review articles and has presented papers at over 75 continuing legal education programs. He has served as a member of the Council of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He was a member and chair of the Exam Committee for the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Specialization of the State Bar of Texas. He is an editor and the administrative editor of the Oil and Gas Reporter. He is a trustee of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, the Center for American and International Law and the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation.
