    Eisenberg, Theodore


    Theodore Eisenberg is the Henry Allen Mark Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. Prior to his work at Cornell, he served as a visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School (1984-1985), and Stanford Law School (Spring 1987). He was also Professor and Acting Professor of Law at UCLA from 1977-1982.

    Mr. Eisenberg also served as Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1972-1973, and also for Chief Justice Earl Warren (retired) of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the 13-volume treatise Debtor-Creditor Law by Matthew Bender.
