    Daniel P. Selmi is a professor of law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he teaches environmental law and natural resources law. Before joining the faculty at Loyola in 1983, he spent six years as a deputy attorney general in the Environmental Law and Natural Resources Law sections of the California Attorney General's Office, Los Angeles

    Manaster,A. Kenneth


    Kenneth A. Manaster is a professor of law at Santa Clara University School of Law in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he teaches environmental protection law and torts. From 1973 to 1990 he was a member of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District Hearing Board, serving as its chair from 1978 to 1989. Since 1990 he has been Of Counsel to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in San Francisco.
