This single volume is really two rules books in one. It contains rules and forms
updates through December 2008.
The rules of criminal procedure provide for preliminary proceedings, arraignment
and pleas, discovery, trial, jury instructions, verdicts, post-trial motions,
judgment, sentence, criminal contempt, and post-conviction relief.
Court-authorized forms, sentencing guidelines, and Criminal Punishment Code
scoresheets are included.
The current set of rules for traffic court are provided in the second part of
the book. In addition to the rules, an appendix provides F.S. Chapters 316, 318,
320, and 322 and Florida Administrative Code Chapters 11D-8, 15A-6, and 15B-2.
Included with this edition is a CD-ROM containing the entire contents of the
book, which allows you to cut and paste rules and other information into your
documents, and electronically search to more quickly find the sections you need.
