    Bregman, Douglas M.


    Douglas M. Bregman received his J.D. in 1974 from Georgetown University Law Center and is certified to practice before the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is the author of numerous books and articles on real estate subjects and has lectured widely on real estate law, both as an instructor at the University of Maryland and at professional seminars. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center on the subject of Drafting and Negotiating the Commercial Lease. In addition, Mr. Bregman was appointed by the Governor of the State of Maryland to serve as a member of the Governor's Advisory Council on Landlord-Tenant Affairs.
