    Issued twice a year, Texas Court's Charge Reporter is a version of condensed verbatim transcripts of actual charges from Texas civil jury cases. The charges have been submitted in trials and are therefore extremely useful to litigators as they prepare Requests for Charge and plan for trial. For each annual volume, Issue One covers January through June and is published in October. Issue Two covers July through December and is published the following March.

    Will G. Barber is a solo practitioner in Austin, Texas, where he specializes in litigation (trial/appellate), legislation, insurance, and associated areas of practice, with emphasis in products liability, professional liability, liability insurance coverage, court's charges, and civil liability reform. In 1997 Mr. Barber will become associated with the Austin law firm of Maroney, Crowley, Bankston, Richardson & Hull, L.L.P. He received his LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1957 and his B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Texas in 1954. Mr. Barber is the Editor and originator of the Court's Charge Reporter, published by Michie.
