    Eggleston, Steven B.


    Steven B. Eggleston is a 1982 graduate and valedictorian of Lincoln Law School or Sacramento, where he was also a Professor of Remedies for many years. He has represented both employers and employees in all matters related to labor and employment, with an emphasis on litigation, insurance, and complex business cases.

    O'Brien, Bernadette M.


    Bernadette M. O'Brien is an attorney associated with the law firm of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, which represents insurance carriers, third party administrators, city agencies, county agencies, and employers. The firm defends all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including 132a discrimination claims, claims for serious and willful misconduct, and subrogation claims, in addition to coordinating defenses pertaining to ADA and FEHA claims. The firm makes appearances at all Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Sacramento. Ms. O'Brien received her B.A. from the University of California at Davis, where she graduated cum laude, and her J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where she also graduated cum laude.
