    Ellis, Harvey


    Harvey D. Ellis, Jr., a graduate of the Oklahoma College of Law, is a civil litigation attorney with particular emphasis in appellate practice, antitrust law, and business association disputes. Mr. Ellis has particular interest and experience in civil procedure, appellate procedure, and legal ethics issues and has presented continuing legal education seminars on these subjects. He has published articles in both the Oklahoma Law Review and the Oklahoma Bar Association Journal. Mr. Ellis is currently a shareholder and director with Crowe & Dunlevy.

    Muchmore, Clyde A.


    Clyde A. Muchmore graduated from Rice University, magna cum laude, in 1964, and from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, with honors, in 1967. In law school he was the recipient of the Nathan Scarritt Prize for the highest cumulative grade point average in his class. He joined the law firm Crowe, Dunlevy, Thweatt, Swinford, Johnson & Burdick as an associate in 1967, and was elected to that partnership in 1973. He is presently a director in the successor professional corporation, Crowe & Dunlevy. Mr. Muchmore is a civil trial lawyer whose practice is generally concentrated in contract and corporate litigation, but also includes constitutional, media law, and antitrust litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers.
