    David D. Gregory


    David D. Gregory teaches tort law and related subjects at the University of Maine School of Law. He has served as Secretary to the Maine Committee on Judicial Response and as Special Master for the United States District Court for Maine and as Secretary of the Maine Commission on Judicial Responsibility. He is a frequent advocate before the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine. Professor Gregory has been a member of the American Law Institute since 1984.

    Donald N. Zillman


    Donald N. Zillman is Dean and Godfrey Professor of the University of Maine School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (LL.M., 1973) and of the University of Wisconsin (J.D., 1969). Dean Zillman has taught tort law and related subjects at three law schools including the University of Maine School of Law.

    Jack H. Simmons


    Jack H. Simmons, who is listed under the heading Personal Injury Law in Best Lawyers in America, has practiced tort law for thirty years in Maine. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and is a frequent lecturer on tort-related subjects.
