    Casad, Robert C.


    Robert C. Casad is the John H. and John M. Kane Professor of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law. He has served on the faculty since 1959, specializing in Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, and Federal Courts. Professor Casad received his J.D. from the University of Michigan and his S.J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Kansas and Minnesota Bars. He has published extensively in law reviews, and his writings have been cited in many cases both in state courts and federal courts.
