    David M. Harney has over 40 years experience trying medical malpractice cases. Over the years, he has won more than ten multi-million dollar verdicts and tried numerous landmark cases as attorney for the plaintiff. Named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1971 by the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Harney is Past President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
