    Dana E. Prescott is a partner with the firm of Potter & Prescott in Saco, Maine. Since 1993, he has served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Maine Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts and has lectured at family law seminars and written a number of articles on family law. Mr. Prescott is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Layers, and a member of the Maine Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure.
