    Kanstroom, Daniel


    Daniel Kanstroom is an Associate Professor of Clinical Law at Boston College Law School; LL.M., Harvard Law School, 1992; J.D., Northeastern University School of Law, 1983. Professor Kanstroom teaches in the Criminal Justice Clinical Program at Boston College Law School. He also teaches immigration law and is the Director of the Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project and a member of the Board of Directors of the P.A.I.R. Project. He has published many articles in the fields of immigration and criminal law and has extensive practice experience at all levels of the state and federal courts.

    Fisher, Stanley Z.


    Stanley Z. Fisher is Professor of Law at the Boston University School of Law; LL.B., Yale Law School, 1963. Professor Fisher teaches criminal law and procedure and participates in the criminal clinic. In 1989-1990 he served as attorney in the Boston Trial Unit of the Committee for Public Counsel Services. In 1982-1983 he served as Assistant District Attorney Norfolk County and in 1975-1976 as a Staff Attorney with the Juvenile Court Advocacy Project, a division of Greater Boston Legal Services.

    Blumenson, Eric D.


    Eric D. Blumenson - Professor of Law at Sullolk University Law School; J.D. Harvard Law School, 1972. In addition to his teaching, Professor Blumenson has been involved in the provision of legal services to indigent clients, currently as Director of the Suffolk Voluntary Defenders, and previously as an attorney in the Seattle Public Defenders Office, a visiting attorney in a South African legal clinic, and a local legal services board member. As an attorney, he has represented litigants at all levels of the state and federal courts including the A.C.L.U., C.L.U.M., and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in cases concerning criminal justice. He is a member of the S.J.C. Advisory Committee on the Criminal Rules.
