    Kolodny, Stephen A.


    Mr. Kolodny was admitted to practice law before the California and Federal Courts in 1966. He has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since the inception of that program in 1980 and continues to practice Family Law, handling complex property characterization, valuation and custody litigation issues.

    Mr. Kolodny is a founding Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. Each year since 1989, he has also been selected as one of twelve family lawyers to serve as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston for the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.

    Mr. Kolodny's has been involved in the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1988, including as a member of the Board of Governors and the publisher of its newsletter from 1993-1998. Mr. Kolodny has frequently lectured to the IAML on issues of complex trials as well as published articles for them on the subject of international collection of judgments and enforcement of matrimonial judgments.

    Mr. Kolodny has been an active member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1981 and has served as President of the Southern California Chapter. He is currently on the AAML Board of Governors and served many years as the Vice President Membership of its Southern California Chapter. In the AAML, Mr. Kolodny also served as Chair of its CLE Program and on the Membership, Admissions and Attorney's Fee Committees. He has frequently lectured to the AAML on complex litigation issues, tort remedies and evidence and at the annual Southern California Chapter Trial Advocacy Institute on issues of complex and sophisticated motion and trial practice.

    A member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 1966, Mr. Kolodny was a member of the Executive Committee for many years and served as its Chair in 1987-1988. He was a designer and creator of the Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Mediation Panel. Mr. Kolodny has served for many years as Chair and Co-Chair of the annual Los Angeles County Bar Child Custody Colloquium Programs and as an active panelist for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Section Annual Symposium, primarily on complex and sophisticated trial and motion practice, custody trials, property characterization, valuation and division issues, evidence and contempt enforcement.

    Koritzinsky, Allan R.


    Allan R. Koritzinsky has written other books, including "Marital and Non-Marital Agreements: Handbook with Prototype Clauses, Law Annotations and Strategy Comments," and "Marital Settlement Agreement Handbook." Mr. Koritzinsky practices law with Stopler, Koritzinsky, Brewster & Neider, S.C., in Madison, Wisconsin.

    Stark, Barbara A.


    Barbara A. Stark, is in private practice in New Haven and Waterbury, Connecticut and lectures and writes extensively on family law and related subjects. Adjunct Professor at the Quinnipiac College, School of Law and at the University of Houston Law School, Ms. Stark received her J.D. and M.L.A. degrees from the University of Denver and is a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the Connecticut and Colorado Bar Associations.

    Gold-Bikin, Lynne Z.


    Lynne Z. Gold-Bikin is Chair of the ABA Family Law Section, a Fellow of the American and International Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers, and an Advisor to the ALI-ABA Family Law Project.
