Trichter, Gary J.

J. Gary Trichter is a partner in the Houston/Galveston law firm of Trichter & Hirschhorn, P.C., and a past adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law and at the University of Houston Law Center. He received a B.A. in political science and internal affairs from Florida State University, an M.A. in criminal justice from the University of South Florida, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Courts in Texas for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts. Trichter is the author of numerous law review and journal articles and is a frequent lecturer at criminal law seminars. He was chairman of the Drunk Driving Committee for the National association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for 1990-1991 and was co-chairman in 1989 of that committee.

McKinney, W. Troy

W. Troy McKinney is a partner in the Houston law firm of Schneider & McKinney and former briefing attorney to the Honorable Murry Cohen, Justice, First Court of Appeals. He received a B.S. in political science and speech from Houston Baptist University, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, magna cum laude.
