    Lane J. Bouman


    Lane J. Bouman is the retired Chief Cadastral Surveyor of the Bureau of Land Management's Eastern States office. He is a registered surveyor and a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

    Robert C. Shelton


    Robert C. Shelton is Of Counsel to the Roseland, N.J., law firm of Walder, Sondak & Brogan and is an Adjunct Professor at the County College of Morris in Morris County, N.J., where he lectures on jurisprudence. Mr. Shelton has been a New Jersey Superior Court Judge presiding over both criminal and civil cases, a Sussex County Court Judge, a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, and an Assistant County Prosecutor. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Shelton has been associated with co-author Walter Robillard in the presentation of seminars on the legal concerns of surveyors, engineers, and foresters since 1985.

    Walter G. Robillard


    Walter G. Robillard is a practicing attorney in Georgia and a registered surveyor specializing in land, boundary, and title law. A recipient of the USDA Award of Honor for Surveying Excellence, Mr. Robillard is a past President of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. Prior to receiving his LL.M., he taught surveying courses at the college level and worked in various legal and surveying capacities in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Robillard served as regional surveyor with the United State Forest Service in Atlanta for 25 years.
