About the Author. Sandra Tvarian Stevens is a partner with the law firm of Wiley Rein LLP in Washington, DC, and a member of the firm's insurance and litigation practice groups. Ms. Stevens has particular expertise in complex litigation before state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings involving insurance and reinsurance claims. She regularly counsels clients with respect to preservation and production of electronically stored information. She is a frequent author and speaker on insurance, reinsurance and electronic discovery issues, and Membership Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
