    David Bender formerly headed the Privacy practice at White & Case LLP, founded the firm's IP practice, and is a past President of the International Technology Law Association (formerly Computer Law Association). He is a sole practitioner in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where he teaches Privacy Law. He is a member of the bars of the State of New York and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
