    R. Bradbury Clark is one of the most prominent corporate and business lawyers in California. He is of counsel to O¿Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. His practice areas include Corporations; Nonprofit Corporations; Limited Liability Companies; Partnerships; Project Finance; Public Utilities; Financial Institutions. Mr. Clark chaired the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (1969¿70); the Corporations Committee of the California State Bar (1976¿77); and the Committee on Revision of the Nonprofit Corporation Law (1980¿83); and is a member of the Nonprofit Organizations Committee (1986¿present). He has been a member of the Executive Committee, Business Law Section, California State Bar (1984¿87); the ABA Business Law Section, Committee on Law and Accounting, Task Force on audit letters and the Committee on Opinions. He was a member of O¿Melveny & Myers¿ Management Committee (1983¿1989), and head of the firm¿s Corporations Department (1983¿1990). Mr. Clark is a writer and lecturer on a variety of continuing education subjects.
