    Mook, Jonathan R.


    Jonathan R. Mook is a partner in the firm of DiMuro, Ginsberg & Mook, P.C. Mr. Mook is a graduate of the Yale Law School and has been listed in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America. Mr. Mook is a frequent lecturer and an author of numerous publications on the Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment law topics.

    Mr. Mook is author of two legal treatises: Americans with Disabilities Act: Employee Rights and Employer Obligations and Americans with Disabilities Act: Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities, both published by Matthew Bender & Company, Inc. He is the author of chapters in several other legal treatises, including, "The NLRA and the Americans with Disabilities Act" in NLRA: Law and Practice (Matthew Bender, 1996); "ADA: Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities" in Powell on Real Property (Matthew Bender, 1997); "Anti-Discrimination Law" in Condominium Law & Practice (Matthew Bender, 1997); and Homeowner Associations and PUDs (Matthew Bender, 1998).
