    Behre, Kirby D.


    Kirby D. Behre is a partner with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, and a member of the firm's Corporate Compliance, Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice Group. Mr. Behre represents corporations in governmental investigations in highly regulated areas such as government procurement, healthcare, securities, antitrust, and environmental regulation. He regularly conducts internal investigations for corporations concerning accounting and securities issues, and allegations involving theft, embezzlement, and conflict of interest. A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law School, Mr. Behre served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1989 until 1995.

    Mr. Behre recently completed serving two terms as Chairperson of the D.C. Bar's Judicial Evaluation Committee and now serves on the Bar's Attorney-Client Arbitration Board. He also serves as General Counsel for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area, an organization with which he has been involved since 1987.

    Ifrah, A. Jeff


    A. Jeff Ifrah is a senior associate with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, and a member of the firm's Corporate Compliance, Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice Group. Mr. Ifrah represents corporations in governmental investigations in highly regulated areas such as government procurement, healthcare, and securities regulation. He regularly conducts internal investigations for corporations concerning financial fraud and conflict of interest issues. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Ifrah served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey and as Trial Counsel for the Communications-Electronics Command and Fort Monmouth from 1994 until 1997.
