Description

InterAction - Frequently Asked Questions

Using InterAction to its fullest includes creating and maintaining searches and lists that contribute to the business development goals of the firm, as well as maintaining the correctness and completeness of data that resides within the database.  These two efforts go hand in hand.  You must have good data to confidently populate lists, and you must have lists that support the goals of the organization.  Marketing professionals and Data Quality experts (sometimes one in the same) ensure data is manipulated, organized and utilized in such a way as to support the firm’s goals. A variety of skills are illustrated in this session including tasks that often overlap the roles of Marketer and Data Steward such as importing and searching.  The InterAction for Marketing and Data Stewards session will support you in seeing the bigger picture of data organization and data cleansing, and how to apply InterAction best practices to get the most out of your business development efforts. This live, instructor-led session also encourages a cross-firm dialogue in terms of how other firms use InterAction to support marketing and data quality goals.
