24 I&N Dec. 467 (BIA 2008) Interim Decision #3603, Matter of Heidy Hazel BAIRES- Larios, March 10, 2008: "A child who has satisfied the statutory conditions of former section 321(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1432(a) (1988), before the age of 18 years has acquired United States citizenship, regardless of whether the naturalized parent acquired legal custody of the child before or after the naturalization."   • wow, I got the similar matter, my father naturalized in 1980 and he petition for me to migrate to the USA when i was 4 years old with a green card, and when he naturalized i was 12 years old, lived in the states 4 years, Year 1974 to 2007, my father is retired, and mother to, both live in the United States of America, however, Im in a country i forced myself to get use to.
