Division Two of the Court of Appeals filed 1 new published opinion and Division Three filed no new published opinions on Tuesday, December 16, 2014:

Division Two:

In re Welfare of A.D.R.
No. 31630-1
(December 16, 2014)
2014 Wash. App. LEXIS 2915

2014 Wash. App. LEXIS 2915

Brief: In the termination trial, the court's denial of the father's request to continue trial so that he could pursue the possibility of an open adoption of his two daughters did not violate his right to due process and did not deny him the meaningful assistance of counsel because the prospect of an open adoption that he raised at the outset of trial was both irrelevant and too speculative to be admitted as evidence at the trial and the court's denial of the motion caused no immediate or irremediable prejudice since the father remained able to act on the last minute possibility for adoption.
