Division Two of the Court of Appeals filed 1 new published opinion on Friday, July 10, 2015:

State v. Lyle
No. 46101-3
(July 10, 2015)
2015 Wash. App. LEXIS 1471 (lexis.com)

2015 Wash. App. LEXIS 1471 (Lexis Advance)

Areas: CRIMINAL LAW

Brief: Because the defendant failed to challenge his legal financial obligations and was sentenced after the court issued State v. Blazina, 174 Wn. App. 906 (2013), he has waived that issue, and his ineffective assistance of counsel claim failed because the record did not establish that defense counsel' s failure to object was prejudicial.
