DENVER - Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine P.C. has announced that shareholder Scott J. Eldredge has been invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
ABOTA is a national organization with chapters in all 50 states dedicated to protecting individuals' rights through the preservation of the jury system and elevating standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession. ABOTA's membership is widely recognized as constituting a "who's who" of the nation's most preeminent trial lawyers, entry into which is on an invitation-only basis.
Eldredge is one of two Burg Simpson attorneys who are currently members of ABOTA, the other being the firm's founding shareholder, Michael S. Burg.
Eldredge has been practicing law continuously with Burg Simpson since his admission to the Colorado Bar in 1983. His practice focuses on complex medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death and large product liability cases, as well as mass tort litigation.
